JoeyandDavid
I would NO WAY buy Tony a white dinner jacket, he has three white shirts and every one has been wrecked with red sauce or such.... he doesn't need a sippy cup he needs a BIB.... don't tell him I said that!! He even manages to drip ice cream down his tie.... what can I say! Tony has always been a man that enjoys his food... that simple
rogue
no one is EVER sure about howard Couldn't be sure about me? Why that cuts me to the quick, stabs me through the heat, crushes me (and any other cliche you want to come up with).:biggrin:By the way, I'll take one of those sippy cups, Joey. I know just the person to give it to as a present (and he lives right north of me in PA, too).
lashl
Thanks a lot MaryLou and Jackie, now I have to meet Jim and Tony and not start laughing. That is not a good thing for me but will try to be good! Sippy cup, maybe I should get Gramps one for his martini!
PATJUD
You guys are too funny. I've just been catching up since Valentine's Day. Yeah - I guess we could all use bibs with the "Connie Goes Crazie" on the front - at least the men - LOL!!! St Thomas must be one of the most visited islands in the Caribbean. Louise and I were there back in the 1970s and on the far side of the island, there was the most beautiful beach called Magan's Bay Beach. We were staying on the island for a week at BlueBeard's Castle - a beautiful place - and we went to Magan's Bay Beach several days. It was a huge heart shaped beach and there was hardly anyone there. I bet it's not that way today. It's still listed as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.
cruisetarp
Steve - I think the sippy cup will work quite well for Gramps' martinis. We have been to St. Thomas quite a few times but have never gotten over to St. Johns so I think that will be our plan for this trip. Not really big beach people but would like to see it and stay for a short while.. Everyone says it is so pretty. We were to Megan's bay with the twins a couple of years ago and it wasn't too crowded. I agree Judson, it was beautiful.

I don't remember the name of the place but your cab driver will surely(shirley? no our cab driver was thomas) know it.. stop and enjoy a scoop.... sailingrose
Megans Bay is the #1 stop for the cruise ships. There are a ton of tours to go there. We went to Coki beach a few years ago when no one was there, it was lovely. Now everyone knows about it so it's crowded. Guess it goes back to all of us sharing our tips.......now everyone knows LOL Marylou I may go over to St. John's also. We've never been either and we've done St. Thomas way too many times and would like a change. We'll see

PATJUD
Joey - You keep changing the background color of the "Connie Goes Crazie" logo. What is the actual background color? I know you put it out in three different colors at the beginning. We are in St Thomas from 8AM to 6PM so there's plenty of time. I would like to do the St John thing too. I'm going to look at the ship's tour to St John ( if they have one ).
