sailingrose
Bad News Joey........there is no Husch wine in our state! The guy at the store checked his computer and none is stocked by ABC liquor anywhere in the state. I just got off the phone with my other Wine Store and they told me the same thing......... Sorry I tried. I did pick up a couple of nice bottles for myself while I was there

sailingrose
I picked up a couple of bottles of Chianti Classico.......I try to avoid these stores, way too much temptation for me. I was wondering about Coppola's Chard being bitter and I asked the sommelier......he told me that it's now being mass produced starting with the 2007 vintage and it's become bitter...... Guess I'll go back to some others........I like La Crema, Greg Norman, etc.

cruisetarp
Joey - I have good news / bad news from the wine store. They do not stock Husch wine but the good news is they can order it. The bad news is they won't order it unless you agree to buy the whole case. 2007 Chardonnay $18.59 for 750 ML --- 2006 Chardonnay SP Reserve - $30.09 I am going down to NJ early next week and there is a large liquor store on the way. I'll check in there. I also just sent an e-mail off to Heather & Cait. They work in one of Staten Island's largest liquor store. I completely forgot about asking them. Will let you know.
