I thought it might be fun to take the ports one by one and let everyone post their tips - things not to miss and things not to bother with. Any good tours, etc. would be welcome information for me, I know and maybe other would think so too.

Our first port is SAINT THOMAS. I know this is the place to buy liquor if you plan on bringing it back simply because you can bring a lot more back duty free from St. Thomas than you can from other ports.

The tram ride to the top of the mountain migh be a bit of a let down now that the bar at the top is no longer there but the view is spectacular.

We plan on heading to St. Johns. All of our trips to St. Thomas and we have never gotten over there.

Any suggestions on best beaches and things to do over there?

We did St. Johns last year. It is a beautiful island and well worth seeing. We're thinking about going to a beach over there, but Cindy wants to make sure that there's time for shopping

Of course shopping is my first priority also. Just looking for something in case I have some time left over.
