Quick question....... before the holiday inn calls me back... I need opinions on what YOU think a good rate for this location is..(considering we may book 10 rooms or more)

I have no idea what they would consider a discount rate. As a point of reference, we are paying $120 per night through Priceline in December but since we will be spending 2 days and have only been to Miami for a few hours as a port stop we wanted to be right in the midst of everything.

ok december 120 a night...wholesale... what days of the week are those nights??

Joey - we will be in Miami Saturday and Sunday nights. I was just on their website and for those particular nights their published rates are:

$156- advanced booked - CC charged at time of booking and NO REFUNDS for cancellation (just like Priceline)

$171 - discount rate which carries a "cancellation penalty"

$184- best available rate.
