2009 CruiseCrazies ® Group Cruise

The group that Louise and I usually travel with will be cruising on the Carnival "Freedom" this November and there will be 266 of them. We've done this cruise before and did not wish to repeat it.

They have chosen the following 4 hotels in Ft Lauderdale and have gotten some pretty good prices.

We have stayed at the Ramada Inn Airport on a couple occasions.

I thought I'd list these to take a look at for this group cruise.

I wish I could really, but the expense of airlines tickets, especially coming out of DFW is too discouraging :(

The problem would definitely be the airfare..the cruise I could see my head around. That's way I love to go on cruises out of Galveston eventhough there's not much variety.

I understand about the air.. and with this cruise still 490+ days out who knows what kind of specials might fall out of the skies......(I believe most things are possible.... it's just finding the solution to the objection! ..and then again ....maybe one time we can do a group thingy out of Galveston or even New Orleans..

i just got one way to fll to san diego .. for 119 how can it be more expensive from DFW to FLL.. it has to be less...i got airfare to fly from san diego to paris france for 570

Yes, Dfw is the hub for American Airlines, but that doesn't mean very much these days :)

Did you book flight and cruise together through the named travel agent for this cruise? I went to AA.com and Delta.com and they aren't taking reservations past May 2009. I'm now interested in seeing what the fares are. Maybe......I can wing something to go :)
