How is this destination during the mos. of Oct. or Nov? I would think it would be a bit cooler and less crowded. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you. Larry :biggrin:

I lived in Athens for 3 years. The Eastern Med is on roughly the same latitude as Washington DC, and the climate is similar. Winter tends to be later. I remember roses blooming till the end of Dec. Jan-Feb are the coldest months.

Oct/Nov will be typical fall days.
