Why Do you Cruise?

Jerry and I can be on the same vacation and still do what we want to do without hurting each other's feelings. He can spend all day long in the casino while I exercise away. We both are happy campers.

To me, being on a cruise is like going to summer camp. Lots of activities to chose from, if you want to participate. If not, you can always opt for the NAP.

Incredible bang for your buck! Floating hotel with incredible food and service all at an affordable price. And, someone else is driving (and hopefully not getting lost!)

I love being in, on and near the water. Best value-best bang for your buck! I love not having to do anything-no cooking,cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping.....you get the picture. I love dressing up and being able to wear "summer" clothes in the winter.....unless it's Alaska in the summer :smile: And as Jenn said "Why not?"

So many reasons;

1. The dining experience

2. Just being on a beautiful ship

3. Excellent service

4. The fun of seeing new places nearly every day.

5. Just being on a balcony ans looking at the sea.

6. Family time, quality time.

7. Being with good friends, at least the last two cruises and the one upcoming.

I think the main reason is the convenience. The ship serves as everything a person could want. The ship drives you around to fabulous places - the Captain is doing the driving. There are great restaurants, fun bars, great night spots, shops, entertainment, stage shows, pools, gyms, spas, and anything else one could desire. And then, of course, there are the various ports the ship visits. Everything is a short walk or elevator away.
