If you can only choose one staff member on board ship - who is it that makes or breaks the cruise for you?

For me it's a CD who gets things moving and keeps them interesting for the whole seven days.

for us it's the Cabin steward...he/she is the one that sets the tone for us.. their ability to please and make comfortable is one of the most important IOHO on the ship.

I also think that it's the cabin steward. Their attention to detail always make us feel special.

Another good question. i would say the cabin steward. If you have a messy cabin its really a downer.
