Jacuzzi-Hot Tub...

With all the sanitation worries in the world today.. Considering what stories you have heard about what people do in the strangest places on board cruise ships.. it leads me to ask....

Do you use ship board jacuzzi /hot tubs?

I have used them before, but I usually find it too hot to use the hot tub.

I have a hot tub at my place in Breckenridge. I love sitting out on the deck on a moonless night looking at the stars and satellites flying by. It's also kind of fun to sit outside during the day when it's snowing and my hair freezes solid.

We also used to use them, but since all the health reports, no longer. We have a beautiful jacuzzi right outside our bedroom door, and use that many times each week. No need to go into one where there are people we don't know.

Nope, haven't used them on board. Privatley, yes.

We have just removed the jacuzzi off our deck at home - too much to take care of. To answer your question - yes we use the jacuzzi on almost every cruise, we have also met wonderful people while sitting in jacuzzi's .... IMHO they are no more of a health risk than the average public swimming pool. It's wonderful sitting in the jacuzzi on an Alaskan cruise!

Yes I use them on occasion. I agree with Jackie, it's a great place to meet people.

I've used the jacuzzi/hot tubs on a couple of Alaska cruises. They are great when it's freezing!

I've used them, but not very often. It is a nice place to meet people, and just plain relax.

I've used them a couple of times, but don't really like them. DW loves them though.

Have never used them onboard. I'm a sort of a "germophobe" - but not obsessive-compulsive about it.
