Joanandjoe
On our B2B 4 years ago, almost all of the ports were wonderful. How does one choose among such goodies as Nice, Balcelona, Palma, Marseille (yes, Marseille), Malaga, and such small but nice places as Sete, Ibiza, Villefranche, and Portimao? They were all favorites, and we had wonderful experiences in all of them.

jbond
How does one choose among such goodies as Nice, Balcelona, Palma, Marseille (yes, Marseille), Malaga, Marseilles is a great port. It was raining really heavily when we were there. We'd planned to visit thhe Chateau D'If (Count of Monte Christo fame), but the weather was so bad the ferries were shut down. We took the cute little train around town and then had lunch at a great restaurant on the waterfront. We sat under a canopy, in the rain, eating bouillabaise.
