DebbieandJerry
Joey, what stands out the most for me is the "extra special" care that I got in the dining room. I had just been diagnosed with my food allergies and was really battling the do/don't list of foods. I decided to put together a list of what I could have (which was very small compared to what I couldn't have) and presented that lsit to the matre d' and our head waiter. Let me tell you, every night there was another something special for me presented at the table. They even went out of their way to bake gluten free bread for me and showed me the ingredients. Every evening they would list the ingredients in the main entrees so that I would be informed before placing my order. For those items that came with sauces (a big no-no), they would set aside just the protein and fix it special for me. I never felt different or left out. As a matter of fact, I felt very special. Breakfast is a real challenge because I can't have dairy, eggs, bread, pastries, sugar (i.e., no fruit). Never was it a problem for them to steam me a bowl of rice. One morning they had set aside a piece of salmon from the night before. I could go on and on. I hope that you and David will be treated as beautifully as we were. We still talk about how wonderful our experience was on the Mercury and hope that our March trip will be just a sensational.

Longboysfan
We started out with Zenith and Horizon. I think about 9 or 10 cruises. When the Century series ships came out they stopped in NYC over a week to show off the ship. We were invited on to view the Century on a Sunday. It had a lot of WOW factor over the other two. Then we went on Mercury and Galaxy also. We have been on the Sunnitt and Millie. Each ship is more spectacular than the last. Now we are trying the Solstice. I expect nothing less from the people who design the ships. To me it is already a given that the food and service will be great. So having been on every class of ship Celebrity has makes me not have one favorite.

Shari2
So far I've been on "Infinity" and "Zenith." We had a fabulous time on both ships. I really like the "Infinity" best for the ship itself. I would love to go on the new "Solstice."
