When Joey last posted his map, Gustave was a tropical storm. Now it's a category 1 hurricane, which is expected to be a category 3 hurricane before it has a U.S. landfall. Ouch!

Yes, the track as of now is similar to Fay, but the storm is expected to go to the west of Fay's storm track.

We were in Belize about 10 days after their hurricane (November 2008). The ocean was still unsettled and the locals discouraged us from snorkeling out at the reef. We were also slated to go Eastern Caribbean one year and a hurricane was coming so the ship diverted to Western Caribbean. So, no worries about being dragged off kicking and screaming. My guess is if the ship's captain can take you somewhere, he will.
