Who or what influenced you to try your first cruise?

My wife's family had a cruise booked with 22 other friends and family members, we happen to stop by their house to visit while they where together discussing their upcoming cruise, they asked us if we were interested in joining them, we did. That was in 2002 and we've now been on five cruises. We're both glad we visited that day!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like Lilrosie, I also watched "the Love Boat", but didn't see myself going on a cruise. When Disney Cruiseline started up with their own ships, we decided to tack on a 4 night cruise to a trip to Disney World. We had so much fun, we went back after they started 7 nighters; but we skipped the park on that next trip. Now, we're interested in trying out different lines and ships for variety.

It was all Hugh's idea - I figured I would get seasick, but then I discovered the "patch" - and the rest is history!!!!

I won my first cruise in '04. It was a 4 night'er on DCL Wonder in a "finding Nemo sweep", that set the wheels in motion for the love of sailing.
