I voted for no change in our cruise plans. Like Cheryl, I wanted to pay all at once for our cruise to the Baltic next year, but was advised against doing so. Researching cruises to Europe for 2010.

I voted no change, and baring the bottom totally falling out we will go in Jan....final payment isn't until next month.

Like Cheryl and Mercedes I wanted to pay in full when I booked but my PVP told me not to as that way he could pass on price cuts to me along the way and I could cancel a lot easier if I had to.

and he gave me another price reduction just last week! I think probably just to keep me booked! LOL

I have been looking at cruises for late 2009 or again Jan. 2010 and they are cheap but right now I can not in good conscious commit to one.

If at one point it gets too expensive to live than it is too expensive to play.

I have the CruiseCrazies Southern Caribbean cruise booked for November 2009 and I'm not changing that. I am curious about what the airfare from Atlanta to Miami/Ft Lauderdale is going to be.

I just booked an April 2009 cruise to the Bahamas out of Jacksonville and am planning to drive to Jacksonville. I can easily drive that distance but not to Miami - jeeeeeeeeeeesh!!!

I'm looking at Hawaii for April of 2010 but that's the one that's going to be "wait and see."

I am glad that my retirement income isn't based on the stock market.

Voted No change since we really didn't have a family cruise planned.

Sharon and our oldest son are still going to the Boy Scout's Sea Base next summer, where they'll spend a week on a sailing yacht.

I'd like to book another family cruise for 2011; but we'll evaluate that when the time comes.

We booked Hawaii 10 months in advance. Good thing we did. We have an upgraded balcony, base price before port fees, taxes, etc. is $1300 a person cheaper. We're guessing that no one looked to see when spring break was. Yep, exactly the 2 weeks that we will be gone. No wonder they have raised the prices!!

We're beginning to look at April/May 2010 and boy are there some bargains out there. Good thing about booking early: If the price goes down or the incentives go up AND you haven't paid in full, you can always ask for the price change and/or incentive. In this economy, I say go for it!
