Another ship that we have been on and loved. As a matter of fact it was October 2004 in the midst of those presidential debates. We were given specific instructions never to talk politics at any meal because Marcy's children (and significant others) were very opinionated about their candidates and arguments would ensue.

The Princess is a very pretty ship. It was the first time we were on a balcony that connected. One night we even had the neighbors open their balcony (never met them until the cruise) and it was like a long block party.

This also was the first time where we encountered "open dining options". We had befriended another couple and asked our waiter if they could join us for 2nd formal night. Somehow we managed to squeeze 12 in a table for 10. Very accommodating wait staff with great attitudes.

I remember that we ate most of our breakfast in the lido deck simply because they had a marvelous buffet with lunch type selections (i.e., rice, vegetables, meats) almost on a daily basis.

Have a great time. Can't wait to read your opinion.
