55ChevyLady
Shaunna - SOO glad you are having a fabulous time! I hope you went to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville in Cozumel! I remember when I was first able to see the smoke stack / funnel of the Carnival Esctasy on the drive to the pier in Galveston and I started jumping up and down in the seat of the truck - I about made Jerry run off the road! Nothing like the first time Have a blast!

Shaunna
Hi.... I'm BACK!!!!! Spent yesterday just driving around the South Florida area. We stayed in Deerfield Beach and went to soak up some rays at Del Ray Beach. Here is the funny part. DH is bringing suitcases in from the rental car and said he barely made it in alive. Anyone care to guess what was lurking outside?????????? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHH Okay... My spot in Heaven isn't going to be there if I laugh any more but.... everyone should know...... Cheryl(GC) knows...... Little Iguanas! They were soooo cute too! I did go to Margaritaville because I needed a frozen drink in George Town. Skipped it in Cozumel..we have one in Las Vegas so I guess that kind of kills the excitement. It's still a very fun place to eat. I forgot they have the absolute best Key Lime pie so I'm so glad we went. I also got one of the glasses for a keepsake. I think the blue water of Cozumel was almost as awe inspiring as getting on a cruise ship the first time. We made the cruise in review video so I plan to figure on putting that somewhere to be viewed....that little portion that is. I felt like we were doing Vegas only on a ship. It was sooo cool because it was finally nice to have a Vegas kind of time for once. Well sooo much to go on and on about and I'm really tired. The flight back this morning was non stop with a bunch of guys who were coming to Vegas for a bachelor party. It's was UNBELIEVABLE!!! Horror upon horror was that for the last hour my mp3 player broke and I had to listen to all of them. I sincerely do hope they have a great time though. Feel sorry for their neighbors at their hotel...hahaha Oh man... the Island Princess was in dock when we got back and Steve and I just gawked at her. We had to get our farewell breakfast at the Windjammer and go poolside to eat to continue gawking at her. We are doing Princess next. Steve met a nice lady at a cardio class who went on and on about Pincess so he's convinced it's next. Works for me! Okay..I'm still rambling and rambling and soooooo tired!!!!!!!!! Carrying Steve to the car to avoid the Iguanas this morning was very hard work! Thanks everyone for your well wishes! I've missed this place but boo hoo!!!! Now I'm home and back and life is going to suck again.
cruisetarp
Shaunna - welcome home. I'm so glad your first cruise was a great experience for your both and you are ready to cruise again. Didn't we warn you that crusing was addictive. Can't wait to hear all about your trip. Glad Steve managed to get away from the Iguanas. lol
rogue
Welcome home, Shaunna. I'm glad you enjoyed the cruise, but none of us believed that you wouldn't enjoy it. Book another one soon so you can focus on that. It really helps the post-cruise depression.
