The total lack of service in the dining room really is disturbing. Can we toss it up to a new ship, new crew or tips included? Hmmm... I guess the only way we'll know is someone else's opinion/experience on the Ruby.

As for the van, that is unforgiveable. I remember when we pre-paid for transportation from Miami airport to the hotel and there wasn't any. So we took a taxi. That was close to $100. When we returned to Arizona, I wrote a letter to the cruise company, outlined what didn't happen, included copies of my proof. I had a check and a letter of apology within 10 days.
