zebra
Not really! Have been to Vancouver 3 times and love it, as well as Victoria island. Have also been to San Francisco 3 times and San Diego twice. I can't say that we are interested in much in between and don't need to go to either San Fran or San Diego again unless they where trips going much further afield. We prefer Vancouver and San Fran if the cruise is going North from there. I would hate to have to fly out of Ensenada.
TheSkipper
Jackie: You would or could not fly out of Escenada. Bus trip to San Diego and then fly. I voted yes, simply I'm up for any cruise.
boba
I'll vote yes, but the airfare from Boston is probably more than the cruise.

elfed
We wouldn't do a West Coast cruise because of the dreadful 5 hour+ flight to get there. Mind you having said that, I would do a Panama Canal Miami/Fort Lauderdale to Vancouver cruise for a one time trip only. We would like to visit Hawaii but to sit cramped up in Economy class just to get to the departure port is a complete turn off. No sorry folks not for us. Regards, James. elfed
Joey and David- Yes, I would hazzard a guess that it would be at least a 23 day trip from Miami or Fort Lauderdale to Hawaii via the Panama Canal visiting each Island and returning to Florida. Now that would be a really great cruise I'm sure! Regards, James.

DebbieandJerry
You east coast/southeast coast people are way too spoiled. Think about it, most of our travel is consumed west coast to east coast and then to Caribbean, Europe, whatever. We just factor in the travel, time difference, etc in to our vacation. We only travelled red-eye once (Tucson to Miami); ate breakfast and hopped on the ship. All the other times, we arrive at least one day in advance of sailing, sometime 2-3 days in advance and spend our time enjoying Florida! Come to think of it, we do the same thing when we sail out of California, Seattle, etc. So, the excuse of time difference, long plane rides, cost of plane rides --- no, no, no. Doesn't fly by me!
