JoeyandDavid
Free drinks will soon be back aboard US Airways flights! The Arizona-based airline announced today that beginning March 1st, coach passengers will again be offered free soda, juice, tea, bottled water and coffee. The carrier began charging for drinks last year as part of its a la carte business model. But CEO Doug Parker says US Airways was at a disadvantage, because it was the only large airline charging for beverages. US Airways will continue to charge for other items, including blankets and pillows.
