Hi kglass, and welcome to CruiseCrazies. Which cruiseline are you taking. Different lines now dock in different ares of San Juan. From what I can tell by the 'net, from the airport to the docks in Old San Juan will cost you about $16-20 plus a tip. It's about a 20 minute ride depending on the traffic. The traffic in San Juan could be horrendous, even on a weekend. Tell us about your cruise.

Not sure but the price should be nominal. We cabbed it from our hotel to the airport last June and it was nothing untoward. If you have never been in SJ just be aware that they have a very good system for leaving the airport. You have to show you claim checks after you collect your bags B4 you can exit. I like it this way. Then you will see a stand for taxis. Just tell then where you want to go and you get a voucher as cabs are zoned there. You know right off what you have to pay. I don't think there is an extra charge for the 3rd person. There are two docks in SJ and both are fairly close to each other so do know which one you must go to. Are you staying in SJ precruise? Try to if possible as SJ is a great place to see. Cheers, Larry
