Is Princess Cruise lines Banning Door hangs?

On two other forums that I visit there was talk about Princess eliminating Door Hangs!

Both OP indicated they received notes after placing a door hangs at the start of the cruise... something along the lines of "Very sorry, Nothing is allowed on doors."

Has any one else heard anything about that?

And why would they do this?

Joey, I can't think of why they would care, unless they were getting too many complaints from passengers about them being stolen. :huh2:

Hopefully, the "Do Not Disturb" signs are still allowed!

Seems odd to me.......we hung our Crazies sign for our New Years cruise. Must be something new.

On our last cruise in November, we hung our CruiseCrazies Door Hang, and had no problem. i haven't heard anything like that before this.

I didn't notice this on our Princess cruise last month and did see signs on the doors all over the place like Happy Birth Day and Anniversary and so on.
