TheSkipper
We are watching this very closely since we will be in Mexico in a very few weeks. Think Cozumel might be just a day to stay on board the ship. Been their many times so it is not great loss. Like Joey, I don't think the cruise lines are going to enter a port where flu activity is present. They have worked very hard to control this type of thing all the ships. Don't see them "inviting" it on board.
waf125
Just found this : Airlines including American, United, Continental, US Airways, Mexicana and Air Canada said they were waiving penalties for changing reservations to, from, or through Mexico, but have not canceled flights. On Sunday, Royal Caribbean spokesman Michael Sheehan said the company is "closely monitoring the situation," but has not changed any of its cruise itineraries. JoeyandDavid
Martha... about that list I posted from the CDC... as a rule of thumb.. a person should not wait to get help if he has all of those symptoms.. .. .. just because a person coughs doesn't mean he has a cold and not all headaches are flu related ..i think we all will agree ..my question is .. which of those symptom(s) listed should a person pay MOST attention when deciding whether or not to seek a doctors visit or just fight it out at home/work..
