Joey we get coupons for JR to go for free in our Crown and Anchor book. We're Diamond plus and we get it. I'm sure you belong to Crown and Anchor........not sure if they still do it or not as things are changing quickly.

Rose since you are familar with JR could you tell me about my options eating there? Can i have as much as I want? are there extra charges involved is tip included.. just a brief over view if you would..

That was why I wasn't sure........we haven't been on an RCI ship with a JR for a while. As you know Monarch doesn't have one.......the only ship in the fleet that I know of.

They usually start with 1/2 onion ring/1/2 French fries served with ketchup and ranch dressing on the side. You can order burgers, grill cheese, chicken, chili dogs, etc. You also can choose desserts, oreo sundae(my favorite) or apple pie. If you order milk shakes, flavored sodas, etc they cost extra.

The service charge is supposed to cover the tips, however knowing the cruise lines I doubt the workers get it all. We have never paid for JR but with the coupon we always tip. We also tip in the specialty restaurants even though we pay the surcharge.

I think that should cover it......
