KeithnRita
New Year cruises do cost more, however not that much! That's about the price we paid for 10 days on the Emerald for New Year--for both of us total, including 2 nights in a hotel and travel insurance! DebbieandJerry
Ya know what's sad, RC will get customers at these prices. And the customers will think they got a real bargain!

Dan
Just simple supply and demand. It's the new hot ship and people want to sail on it. And New Year's always commands a large premium. I can't wait to sail that ship, and while I won't pay that price, I certainly understand why they are so high. The Grand Princess wasn't cheap when it came out either, when we paid over $1000 per person for an inside in the slow week after Thanksgiving.
