I took the Galley tour in 2008 aboard the Carnival Valor. As someone who loves to eat, this tour was fascinating. It's such a tremendous task to so efficiently manage. I'll dig up some pics and post them shortly..

We have done a couple of them on Princess ships. They are quite interesting. Did not cost a thing.
