Carnival has a bon voyage dept. thru which you can order alcohol for in cabin use. So for our upcoming NE/Canada cruise I ordered a nice bottle of single malt Scotch at a very reasonable price. This feature is no on their website though you can order other logo items and such but yes you can have alcohol in your cabin.

Thanks Larry, I did not know that. I was planning on "smuggling", but will call our cruise planner at Carnival and do it this way instead...

I don't think its on the website. Call their 800 number and ask for the bon voyage dept. Its open M-F.

I, too, had no idea. This is good to know. We don't drink but our family and friends do and they are always wondering if they are going to get caught. Thanks for posting this information.
