I am kinda planning a Nile cruise for 2010 or 2011. There are tons of companies plying that river, and up to 300 boats per day, so there's quite a range of accomodations, excursions and even berths for overnights available. Sorting through this mess is really tedious but, I think, necessary. If anybody else is planning or has done a Nile cruise, I would certainly appreciate your input.

LindaSue, I am doing a rather intensive comparison of plans for Egypt with two TAs and over the web. Right now I'm getting a quoted price of about $4100 for a cabin for two for a week in Egypt with 4 days on the Nile. Tell me what you're interested in, and I can add it to the search. BTW, my trip would be January 2010 or 2011 (if I don't do Egypt this winter, I'll probably just take a hop down to the Caribe).

i am taking Brillance Nov 6th and we stop in Alexiandria for overnight , we have a tour booked with Blue Nile overnight... so i will let ya know how it turns out I can't wait... 12 days rhodes athens palmero, malta cypress, alexandria
