Yes it is and it is outstanding. It's my favorite dessert when I sail with Carnival. I have made it a few times for dinner guests and they have raved over it.

Janice...thanks so much for printing those yummy recipes. I was on the "Carnival Liberty" last summer and was very surprised in how much the food had improved since the 1980s. We really enjoyed it. I liked the flourless chocolate cake, too. Gonna have to try the pumpkin soup, too...that was good. Thanks!

I sailed on Carnival a couple of years back....each night I told myself that I was going to try a different dessert....and EVERY night of my 8-day cruise I got to the point of ordering my dessert and...Chocolate Molten cake AGAIN...hahaha....It was too funny when on the last night our waiter came over with what would be my "last chocolate Molten Cake" and handed me a piece of paper.....what else? A copy of the recipe!!! Only down side...all the ingredient amounts were in metric! Did get it translated though. Lynn

We where on the breeze in January 2017 and they offered a pork chop off the grill menu every night.   My husbandwas in love.   Any chancet he book has it
