I admire you guys for being upset because you didn't get picked for a jury. Having served on 5 juries, two as the foreman, I get just as excited when the don't pick me!

They want people on a jury that have no "preconceived knowledge" for the most part so then the attorneys can try to "brainwash and mold them" to side with whomever side they are fighting for...I am a Certified Addictions counselor and they NEVER want me on any cases involving drugs or alcohol, which unfortunately is ALOT of cases!! Lynn :ohmy:

Oceania Cruises is US-based company, so even if the ship is a foreign registry, you can certainly sue the owner. Certainly, you have the right to sue anyone you want, but just remember, you may not win.
