Shaunna
Makes sense...Steve loves to drunken girl watch. They probably wouldn't remember to file any accident reports.
lashl
I admire you guys for being upset because you didn't get picked for a jury. Having served on 5 juries, two as the foreman, I get just as excited when the don't pick me!
LynnS13
They want people on a jury that have no "preconceived knowledge" for the most part so then the attorneys can try to "brainwash and mold them" to side with whomever side they are fighting for...I am a Certified Addictions counselor and they NEVER want me on any cases involving drugs or alcohol, which unfortunately is ALOT of cases!! DebbieandJerry
If the accident occured on the ship and the ship is not US registered, how come the lawsuit was in the US? Am I missing something?
rogue
Oceania Cruises is US-based company, so even if the ship is a foreign registry, you can certainly sue the owner. Certainly, you have the right to sue anyone you want, but just remember, you may not win.
