Group Cruise Question for all those interested

Explorer sounds good and not too long either. I mean since you are asking...

We would also favor the Explorer cruise. It would be nice if Princess would be more accommodating. Anyway, we could always cancel any RCCL reservations in May if there is a better cruise on either Carnival or Princess.

Sure would like to have that info on Princess. Would a TA be of help in obtaining this info?

That being said.....I'm OK with Explorer.

Ellie - We were not able to get any definate information from Princess about a release day. My TA was the one who found the late May - Early June date from his Princess rep

You're right, Rose. I hadn't thought of that.

We don't really care for either Carnival or NCL... so that would not figure into our decision. Like others we would want to wait for the Princess itinerary to come out. Of those out at the moment the Explorer sounds like the best choice. We would prefer to wait.

Jackie - we did look into HAL early on in the research we did but they do not have any closed port itineraries. Their cruises with begin in New York or Boston and end in Montreal or the other way around. No one was interested in that type of cruise

Thanks MaryLou - Wow that's crazy no roundtrip cruises in New England. I understand... even though those cruises are usually cheaper it costs more in the long run to have to fly in and out of two destinations. Although I must say I would love to do a cruise that ends in Montreal and spend an extra day or two there....
