True story--I had been in a casino 1 time before meeting MaryLou and Jim. She took me under her wing and taught me!!

As I recall you were not complaining when all those coins were dropping into the tray :-)

We're the kind of cruisers who prefer to stay in the tropical climates but I must say, I do have an interest in meeting all of you who will be going. Rose: Are you & Howie willing to put up with both of us on another cruise? Will I be able to get "the perfect banana daiquiri" on the 2011 Crazies cruise? Of course, I will have to see how things go with Frank's health in the next few weeks/months. I know he won't be crazy about having to fly up to NJ to cruise, especially since we have 4 embarkation ports in FL. Guess I'll just have to book it and tell him sometime in the summer of 2011. Gives me plenty of time to set aside another "travel fund". Count us in as a "Probable Yes".

Great news Ellie - I look forward to meeting you. I know I would love to receive a cruise as a "suprise" so suprising Frank with this sounds like a great idea to me. lol

I don't think this "surprise" is exactly what he would have in mind as being wonderful! He's pretty much...."whatever you want"....when it comes to planning anything. In the past, I would not make commitments until he was willing to agree. Now....after all these years....if I say we're going, we're going....and he always has a good time! If I left the planning up to him, we'd never go anywhere.....except out to dinner or the movies. :biggrin:

It will be nice meeting you and Frank, Ellie. The weather may surprise you. It can still be into the 80's in Mid September. It will certainly be cooler in Canada, but shouldn't be uncomfortable. The great news is that you will be able to get your banana daiquiri on the cruise. All of the same drinks are available. :thumbup:

Ellie we would love to sail with you and Frank again. We would have the best time! I said to Howie when Marylou and I started this that it would be great if you guys and Keith and Rita were aboard too, we will all have a great time!

I'm thinking this cruise will be perfect for a cool off about that time after months and months of 90 degrees.
