biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif - now that's funny Howard.    Steve may not see the humor in it but we all do.

Why do you think I've slept with one eye open for the last 31 years?  eek.gif

Hi all, We've been busy planning for our cruise this fall also. We'll be contributing more after that one is said and done. We went to NYC and Atlantic City for our honeymoon many moons ago. We'd like to come a couple days early and get tickets to the RR show in NYC. We've never seen a broadway show either. We do remember that we had a rental car and it was about $26 bucks to park it for one night so we went and turned it in and walked all the way back to our hotel. LOL... it's probably double that amount now.

I know most of you have switched to MTD but we like to eat earlier than that usually so we still have early dining for now but that is always subject to change. We do like to catch the shows so do you know what time the evening shows are?

I sure could use some of that ice skating rink mentality right now. It's been over 115 degrees this past week.... Hot to trot needless to say.

Toni - the great thing about a Crazies group cruise is that you are free to do exactly as you please.   You will have a list of when and where any special get togethers are taking place  (group photos - cabin crawls - slot pulls, etc) and can attend or skip according to your own plans.

Rumor has it that there will be some type of daily  pre or post dinner get together at a place to be determined that might possibly make martinis.   lol

For those of us arriving early, I guess we are to far away for Frank giving us a guided tour of the burned out buildings in Trenton. Maybe we could all take a walking tour of Hoboken!

I've been to New Jersey 4 times over the years, all for business. Rita has never been. Three times I drove in as I was pulling a flat bed trailer with an article to be tested by the Navy at Colts Neck and at Lakehurst. Once I stayed at a motel in Freehold and the other times, after I completed my business, I drove to Atlantic City.

I did get to see the Statue of Liberty when I flew into Newark. Rita is looking forward to seeing it for the first time.

Keith, if you have the time there is a ferry that will take you to the Statue of Liberty and then to Ellis Island.  You are not on a schedule, just catch of ferry when you are ready to leave.  To me, Ellis Island was as impressive as the Statue.
