1shipshape Posted August 14, 2010 Report Share Posted August 14, 2010 We made our reservations early and paid it in full early, then we saw that they had upgraded us a category to a higher level room. Well, our friends kept telling us to check the prices because they had dropped. They told us to contact our TA, which I did, to request a refund. Refund was made by HAL but the next time I checked our reservations online to book excursions, they had DOWNGRADED us! UGH! The differentce in the two category money wise was a WHOPPING $20.
