Hector - Several people have expressed interest in whale watching when in Maine and I am researching that right now. Waiting for information from one particular company. There are a lot of companies that do this type of thing but I'm having trouble finding one that will fit into our time frame. Will keep everyone posted.

No matter what we do, you are more than welcome to join Jim & I in any of the ports.

Look for information this week on the roll call forums about some group activities on board the ship.

Since Bar Harbor is our only tender port I would suggest that if you have something you really want to do you book a tour through the cruise lines. Although I try to avoid doing so, they will get you off the ship with the tour group and you could avoid a long wait to board a tender.

I was really hoping to find a Whale Watch tour in Maine but so far nothing that will fit into our schedule. There is one at 8:30 AM but I'm afraid that we might not be able to get off the ship in time and make our way to the boat. All the other tours leave in the afternoon and cut it way too close for comfort arriving back to the tender dock.
