A wonderful experience awaits you to visit the twinned covered bridges, lighthouses and even walk on the ocean floor – at low tide of course. It is a photographer's delight. There will also be an opportunity to have a mug up of world famous seafood chowder(at your own individual cost) Tour duration 5 hours Cost per person $75.00 CDN Van Cost for private tour for 6 or less people $375.00 As of today (4/25/11) this tour would be $78.61 per person or $393.04 to hire the whole car for a max of 6 people which would bring the cost in at $62.50 Per person - quite a bit cheaper if you have

They do require a credit card to hold the reservation and I already have the Halifax tour on hold on my card.

cruisetarp
I've sent all the information to Toni. Let's wait and see if she and Lester are interested. I don't think I will be taking this tour with you. It sounds like a wonderful tour with lots of photo ops but we have been there twice already and "been there done that" It definately is a must see for first timers though. deb1220
If Toni and Lester don't want to do this tour than I think we'll pass too.....but if they decide to go, we will too, to make it cheaper with the 6 people per van.

sailingrose
Hector this excursion could still happen if Toni and Lester decide to join you and Maureen and Zack and Debbie. Marylou sent her an e-mail and we haven't heard from her yet. Marylou is offline, her modem got zapped and it won't get fixed until Monday.
