Grand Re-Opening: Cruise Reviews

I'm excited to announce that our Cruise Reviews, one of the most popular site features, is now back online!

With all previously submitted reviews available!

(This is the last major piece of our site migration project, meaning the entire project is nearly complete, pending some minor updates).

The Cruise Reviews directory has been completely rewritten from scratch, as it's now built into the single platform the rest of the site is now operating within. Because the Cruise Reviews are integrated with the rest of our community, it will use the same header, footer, styles, and navigation as the rest of the site - For maximum ease of use.

Navigation:

The Cruise Reviews navigation method is category-based. Meaning you can drill down and browse by Cruise Line, Ship, and then specific reviews for each ship. This easy to navigate design will allow you to browse all reviews with maximum ease. When browsing reviews for a particular ship, you can search, sort, and watch that category (cruise line) for updates. Simply click the "Watch" button and you'll be notified of new or modified reviews within that category. In the left column, you can Submit a Review, or view the top reviews by hits, ratings, the most recently submitted reviews, as well as a random review.

Reviews:

Each cruise review begins with general information such as Ship name, itinerary, sail date, departure port, and more, followed by ratings of the various shipboard elements such as Food, Cabin, Entertainment, Embarkation, among others. Finally, the submitted review appears, with all members having the ability to submit comments directly below. Sharing buttons are also available, for easy content sharing across popular networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Digg, Buzz, and more. The options to Print, Email and even Download reviews now exist! While viewing a cruise review, you have the ability to "Watch" it for changes, and as the review owner, you can edit your review by selecting the appropriate buttons while viewing your review(s).
