Better loyalty deals. More pins/patches or something special on your room key card to identify you as a frequent cruiser so staff treats you even nicer. Costa has different color cards. I love Holland American but they don't do enough to reward past guests that is CONSISTANT.

Have more ballroom dancing, and offer Zumba (free of course!)

We would like to experience more consistency with the food served on board different ships within the same cruise line's fleet. We stay with a cruise line that offers what we like but too many times we have had bad food or just less than good food on the different ships. Then we book another ship within the fleet and they have exceptionally good food.

The entertainment is rather inconsistent as well. It goes from great to, "I would not get dressed to leave the cabin for the shows",....very BAD.

Choose one cruise each year where a cruiser could disembark at a port, stay a week and return to the cruise ship the following week for their return home.

As a cruiser since the mid-80's, I've noticed a general decrease in the quality and service in the main dining rooms while at the same time a push towards extra cost optional dining venues. I think the cruise lines should return to former level of quality and service that was the hallmark of most cruise lines, whether it be standard seating or anytime seating.

More variation of itineraries over the year. We have fixed vacation schedules and it always the same itineraries each year.

Vary the artwork across ships. Change it every year.

Fruit and appetizers in ALL cabins.

I would like to see more port changes more often instead of the same ones over and over. I also would like to see more home ports added or just more cruises offered from them. One other thing is cruise lines should consider more over night stays in ports and start paying more attention to single or solo cruisers instead of gouging them.

One thing important to me is brand name loyalty recognition. A cruise line that makes an effort to remember you and reward you for repeat cruises, will capture my business beyond just giving discounts. Bluejay9
