Vary itineraries and add new ports of call without losing sea days. Some day we would love to visit Cuba!

To capture my business, they need to offer the rights ports on the right ship at the right price. Why don't cruiseline web sites have the option for the potential customer to enter that data into a "profile" to give the line better criteria for future communications to me? I don't need "Sail away this summer with the kids" messages since I don't have any.

To KEEP my business they need to provide the level of service I have come to expect, based on the countless number of resources available to have chosen them to begin with. That should be easy enough--- just have a "web reader" on staff to hear to hear what your customers are saying.
