deb1220
I watched it. It was pretty good. I am a fan of the show anyway. I just wish he would have worked as a cabin steward (or something like that) where he would have been more up close and personal with the passengers.....to hear about what they think of the ship. cruisingcats
I thought it was a pretty good show. First time I ever watched it. Debbie I think you are right, he should have but I think what he did was good. He got a feel for the crew and how things work. Plus he was able to cut things out like the skating ring. Also I believe if you have a happy crew you will have happy passengers. Anybody else watch it? Your thoughts.
cruisetarp
I saw it and would have really loved to see some passenger feed back and not just a few selected crew members. I found it very telling that he continually referred to their passengers as "customers" and not "guests". Seems like he was just seeing them as dollar signs. I found that reference interesting too....."customers" instead of "guests".
DebbieandJerry
I fell asleep before the first commercial. I'm gonna see if I can get it ON Demand.
DebbieandJerry
Was able to watch it ON DEMAND (kinda nice; no commercials) I had a really hard time believing that the crew "accepts the newbee" so readily. When the waitress told him how she remembered who he was, you would think that he would capitalize on that. Honestly, how many times have you frequented the same restaurant and had the same waitstaff and they remembered your name? (Face perhaps, name??) Still won't get me to change my mind about sailing NCL. Totally not interested in patronizing that line at all. Been there, done it times 3. Each time got increasingly worse.
