John Healdagain with Belize, sailings in the next couple of weeks may be affected as well. I can promise you that we want to keep calling to Belize and we are working hard to come up with a solution that is both safe and acceptable. As soon as I know if any other sailings are affected I will let you all know.

John HealdOk, here is the latest on Belize part one. This week the tender operators were only able to provide enough tenders that met our standards for one ship. With a one ship limit we decided that the Carnival Valor would continue its planned call to Belize as we did not have a replacement port of call

John Healdpart 2 - so we canceled Carnival Legend and Carnival Triumph's call and will replace Belize with Costa Maya on Carnival Legend and Carnival Triumph will call at Grand Cayman. As mentioned the tender operators are in a real dissaray and we cannot be held to ransom by them. Thats the news for today, lets see what happens next

Boy am I glad that we were able to stop there in November 2010. It was our second visit and I really like that country

I hope the get this worked out. Cheryl (Gregswife) is headed to Belize right now. I'm sure she's hoping to go ashore when she gets there.
