michael1
Hi Fellow Cruise Crazies, I am quite taken by RCCL's Oasis Cruise Ship. When they first advertised Cruises, they advertised as low as $749 for a 7 day Cruise. Every date I have checked on shows a minimum of $1400+ for a 7 day cruise. My question to the group; is there anyone that is interested in sailing in July (probably now for July 2012) on this ship. If there are enough that are interested, how many would it take to sign up to obtain a "group rate" for a particular sailing date to obtain the best possible price? Does anyone know the answer to these questions? I am very interested in sailing on this ship. It's one of those things I have to do (on my "bucket list"). As a matter of fact, well before I get close to the proverbial "bucket"! Please chime in at your convenience? Thank you! Michael (in California). DebbieandJerry
Michael, I have no interest in a ship that big or a price that high. If you find another Caribbean cruise that is more affordable, let me know.
sailingrose
Welcome Michael. Sorry Oasis is just too big for me but I hope you get to sail upon her soon.
Shari2
Welcome Michael! Hope you get to do that cruise. Not sure about what it would take for a group and all, but it might be best to talk to a cruise-travel agent on that. I'm not able to go at that time, but hope you can make it and have a wonderful cruise.
KeithnRita
We have friends that cruised on the Oasis and they loved it--especially Central Park. It sounds a little too large for us. It it's a ship you want to cruise on then we say "go for it"!
GottaCruz
Michael. Welcome to CruiseCrazies. It's great to see you posting. We have friends that sailed the Oasis and loved it and can't wait to sail her again. We don't do 7 days anymore but if Oasis ever did a four day, from Ft. Lauderdale or Miami, we'd be interested but I'm sure it won't be doing less than 7 days for a long time. I think it would take me the entire week to find my cabin. Keep bumping up this post and eventually , I'm sure, you will find some members here who would be interested. Keep posting.

Still, if I could afford it, I might do it, but economics just don't allow it right now. Sorry.
