Panda
I'm investigating different cruise lines that I might want to make my next cruise with. I want it to be a really good one, and I want to be pampered as I cruise. I have never thought of Carnival in this regard. I'd like to know if my perception of this line is wrong and if they are worth a closer look at. What do you think?
DebbieandJerry
Welcome to Cruise Crazies! Excellent question. To me, all ships that we have been on have a level of pampering. They all have spas, salons, classes, set dining with the same waiter vs anytime dining vs specialty dining (where you pay extra). Butler service is available on most lines but only at certain levels of repeat cruising/customer and/or the cabin that you are in. Carnival does not portray the white glove look. We experienced that on Celebrity. (The brochures also show that on the higher end ships as well). For me, Carnival truly is a "fun" ship. We tend to go with Carnival because that is the line that seems most affordable. Do you have a particular destination in mind?
