Who Can and Does Cruise at the Last Minute

One of the perks of retirement is being able to pick up and travel on very short notice. Of course, the downside is that we don't have the funds to do it as often as we would like to without returning to the work force.

Living in Florida and being retired and having 5 ports in driving distance, we haven't

done last minutes as of yet! (But our weekend bag is packed and ready to go)!!!!!!!!!!

We talked about doing this, maybe someday soon!

Jerry and I are very envious of those who live within driving distance of a port. We would love to take advantage of those last minute cruises. Hopefully when we're retired.

We have booked a weekend cruise 3 days in advance. The rate was too good to pass up.

It would be hard to do that with a week or more since we have our own business.
