Pre-Cruise

Taking a group of 13 on the New England/

Canada Cruise, Carnival Glory. I need recommendations on Hotels, sightseeing for one full day and transfers from the airport to hotel and hotel to cruise terminal. Our cruise leaves Sat. afternoon on Sept 17th, so we plan to leave Tulsa, Ok on Thur. evening so we can have all day Friday to sightsee. Any suggestions I'm at a loss?

Hello cruzngene51, You can check with Carnival and see what they might recommend you might be able to get a group rate, or try Hotels.com, priceline.com or tripadvisor.com Also pick a hotel chain to see what they offer for a group rates and possible tours.

Also for sight seeing try this tour company, we use it, The price is right it's called (viator.com) They have a hop-on-hop off bus tours all day long.

Keep in mind New York City has so many sights to visit.

This is important to ask you, is your cruise going out Manhattan or Brooklyn?

If we can help out further, Please ask.

Good Luck and enjoy.

We did a back to back on the Glory this past November. Loved the ship. I hope you have as good of an experience that we had.

The east coast is amazing. There are "have to see" museums and shops in NYC. Just window shopping is an experience.

Have you tried the Fadour (I don't think that's how it's spelled) book. It is usually right on with what to do, places to see, etc., etc.
