Do You Use The Spa?

Do you take advantage of the spa and get a massage while on your cruise? Every cruise I say I'll make an appointment but never seem to get around to it.

Nope, Not Yet. We always talk about the spa but haven't got around to the spa.

I always say that I am going to use it, but never do. I have won a few freebies at the spa and have taken advantage of them and loved every minute.

I was really tempted to have acupuncture on our last cruise. But his costs were 4 times that of what I pay in the states. NO WAY.

The one thing that I have found, however, is the constant sales pitch to purchase their products. I know that is how the spa makes it's money. I just don't like the push.

I've had a few massages over the years but don't do it regularly. Much cheaper at home as well.

So far we've never had a cruise massage--maybe some day.

Here's another thing that I have found: when you go to resorts or ships, they tend to "watch the clock". You book an hour massage and in reality it's 50 min (they allow time for you to dress and undress). Yeah, I realize that it's a business and you need to run a business like a business, but it does not take me 5 min to get undressed.
