Do you ever have your hair done up for formal night on a cruise?

On our very first cruise back in 77 I had an appointment to have my hair done for formal night. At that time the style was ringlet curls down the back of your head. My hair was way past my shoulders at the time. We are in a bad Nor'easter and I was at the shampoo sink when the salon lost power. I had a head full of shampoo. Power didn't come back on so they rinsed my hair with club soda and eventually set my hair in curlers. I had to walk around like that for several hours til the power to the salon was restored.

That was the last time I used the salon on board. LOL
