Coming into Port

I like to get up early and watch the ship dock - makes for some great videos.

DH, on the other hand, would rather sleep and miss out on the cool morning air, hustle and bustle of the new port and some great photo ops.

How about you???

I'm usually an eatly riser, but Cindy will sleep in. I enjoy watching us pull into a new port. The whole docking process is still fascinating to me.

I don't wake up early on purpose but sometimes I watch.

I did get up at 5 am to get a seat to watch us pull into the Panama Canal. Not only did I get up early but I sat in the pouring rain for that view!

Definately breakfast on the balcony coming in to port. I'm the early riser but if I make enough noise in the cabin, I soon have company. LOL

I love to be up to watch the entrance to the dock. And I love to sit and watch the exit. Sometimes I am absolutely exhausted from being in the sun and you will find me fast asleep on the balcony just waiting for the ship to pull out. Marcy has some great "Debbie sleeping' photos.

I am up earlier than Sue so if we are not yet in port I'll check out the process. However usually I am at the gym that early. Then I bring back some sweets and tea for Sue. She's usually still asleep but rouses when i get back. We relax, i shower then off to breakfast.
