DebbieandJerry
Just read that Princess is no longer going to stop in Puerta Vallarta and Mazatlan this Nov/Dec/Jan. Instead, they are spending 2 days in Cabo and 2 in Ensenada. I can see Mazatlan, but not PV. I found PV to be extremely safe and "resort"/"cruise" friendly. As for 2 days in Ensenada ??? hazelson
Kind of boring. I love PV and Mazatlan but I guess its safety first.
rogue
We've never cruised a Mexican Riviera cruise, and now with all of this talk of it being unsafe, I don't think I'll be planning one soon.
1shipshape
Ensenada? GRRRRR. That is a yucky place. One we try to avoid if at all possible. Puerta Vallarta is supposed to be one of the favs of all cruise fans in the Mexican Riviera. I heard there was lots of trouble in Mazatlan. Oh well. We have never been on the Mexican Riviera itinerary. Guess we will still forgo it even though we could drive over to the port. I am still liking the wine cruise itineraries up the Pacific Coast. DebbieandJerry
Celebrity has wine cruises (4 and 5 days). We loved our 5 day pacific northwest that we did a few years back on Royal. Let's hope that more ships will divert from Mexican Riviera and go NW. I agree, GRRRRRRRRRRRR Ensenada!
