CarolLyons. Some ships sell wristbands on board. But you can get them cheaper at a discount store before leaving port.

My experience has been that the one's wearing the patches and consuming the alcohol are the ones that complain about the motion of the ocean! Smaller ships tend to rock and roll more than the larger ones. If you stay in the middle/middle you should really be okay.

On why I joined Cruise Crazies: I had been a member of the "critic" board for many years, and it seemed that most people were mean or sarcastic and would flame your post in a heartbeat. Just when I was about to give up on a cruise forum I found Cruise Crazies .... oh my goodness what a different experience ... 180 degrees ... everyone here is so friendly and helpful. It feels like "Home"!!!!

I got those wristbands years ago at WalMart. Maybe they still have them, don't know, but I believe I've seen them at Walgreens.
