KeithnRita
Harry, if I was you I would but a TA on it and see what they can come up with.
DebbieandJerry
Same thing happened to me. What I learned was "the sale" was specific cabins on specific sailing dates. Not all ships, not all dates AND not all cabins. But, if you select Early Booking and the price drops, Carnival will give you obc for the difference. So it does pay to continue watching. Rarely is a sale for all of their cruises. I did Early Booking for our next cruise and already the price has dropped twice. We're going to end up going with lots of OBC with the price drops and the points from my carnival credit card.
DebbieandJerry
Howard, we just did early booking. Do I have to watch or does Carnival do that for you?
cruisetarp
Debbie - I'm not sure about Carnival but on the other lines we have cruised on (Celebrity, NCL, RCL and Princess) you have to find the reduced rate yourself and notify the cruise line. DebbieandJerry
MaryLou: I know that on previous sailings we had to find the lower rates. I'm a fanatic about this so I will certainly keep looking. Hey, OBC is OBC!

I go to this site to check the Carnival price at least twice a day, sometime lots more: Carnival Farewatcher
